Who Apex Marketing Lab is

A growth lab, not an agency.

We don't sell hours. We install a system — website, local ranking, booking, follow-up, reporting — and we measure it. Pay first, onboard the same day, see real numbers. Everything below was learned on real client work orders, not in a slide deck.

The method

Offer → Funnel → Traffic, in that order.

Most businesses buy traffic first. We fix the offer and the path first, then turn on traffic — because a better page converts every visitor you already have.

1

Offer

Services with prices and durations, packages people can choose without a call, a paid strategy call that filters and commits.

3

Traffic

One real page per city, Google Business Profile done weekly, reviews on autopilot, content on a cadence, backlinks that verify live.

The framework

Five rules we don't break.

Pay first

Payment starts the clock. Onboarding pulls your business footprint automatically the moment it clears. No proposal ping-pong.

Real numbers or blank

Calls, texts, leads, bookings and rank are measured, never estimated. If we can't measure it, the box stays empty.

You own it

Your hosting account, your data, your domain, every asset — portable and exportable. No hostage data, ever.

Scope in writing

Every obligation in your statement of work becomes a dated task with proof. Day-15 touchpoint, month-2 review, monthly report — recorded, not remembered.

What the work orders taught us

Lessons from real clients.

  • Publish prices. A 23-service med spa with prices and durations on every page outperforms the same services hidden behind "call for pricing".
  • One page per city, never a doorway. 56 real service-area pages moved a med spa across two keyword clusters; twenty copies with the city swapped would have been penalised.
  • The listing beats the site. Google Business Profile, completed and posted to weekly, produced more calls than the website for local trades.
  • Access is the bottleneck. Every stalled launch waited on a registrar login, a Google profile or a Facebook admin — which is why the Concierge visit collects access in the room.
  • Storms and after-hours win jobs. A missed-call text-back and a weather banner beat any ad for emergency trades.
  • Real photos, real reviews. 108 of 108 images from the owner's own camera; paraphrased client feedback with delivered facts — nothing invented, ever.
  • Languages by data. Spanish earned a full site in one market (7% of households); nothing else cleared 1%, so nothing else was built.

In person, when you want it

Apex still likes a handshake. The Concierge visit brings onboarding, photos and document signing to your business; a digital rep does the same on video anywhere in the U.S. After that, automation does the rest.
