SMS Terms & Conditions

1 · The programme

Apex Marketing Lab operates a text-message programme for enquiries, appointments and client accounts. Messages are sent from the number that appears on your handset and are sent by Apex Marketing Lab, not by a third party acting for itself.

2 · What we send

Appointment and account updates, replies to your enquiry, and marketing or promotional offers.

3 · How you opt in

You opt in by ticking the text-message box on a form on apexmarketinglab.com, by asking us in writing to text you, or by texting us first. The box is never pre-ticked. Consent to receive texts is optional and is never a condition of any purchase. We record the date, time, page and wording of every opt-in.

4 · How often

Message frequency varies — about 2-6 messages per month.

5 · Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Apex Marketing Lab does not charge for the messages. Ask your mobile provider what your plan includes.

6 · Stopping (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message. You are removed straight away and we send one confirmation, then nothing further. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again. You may also email info@apexmarketinglab.com or call (562) 302-5581.

7 · Help (HELP)

Reply HELP for help and contact details, or reach us at info@apexmarketinglab.com / (562) 302-5581, Sunday-Friday 08:00-19:00 Pacific.

8 · Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset.

9 · Your privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The full detail is in the text-messaging section of our Privacy Policy.

10 · Changes

If these terms change we update the date above and, where the change is material, tell you by text or email before it takes effect.
